Another can't breathe when I'm done eating it meal, for under 350 calories. And THAT'S the key to easy, yes I said EASY weight loss and maintenance. The need to nosh just isn't there. The need to muster up strength and will power when faced with so called temptation isn't there.  There is no waiting on bated breath for your next scrap of food. Food isn't even on your scope, your STOMACH is just that full. And with all these complex carbs? You are actually FULLER an hour later as the veggies expand in your stomach. Just the OPPOSITE of the simple carbs. And oh that energy!! When you are eating THREE meals like this a day? There will be no searching the cabinets and fridge at night. Emotional eating will become a thing of the past. Food is Our Friend

I used/use my love of food to my advantage, starting September 4, 2006. 10 months later I had shed waaaay more than half my body weight. 57.5% of my body, in fact. Wow, that's the first time I figured out the percentage  😮 . And here I am, all these years later , just shy of 12 YEARS - I've KEPT it off. Take the guess work out of, "what's for dinner?" KNOW what you'll be making. I usually make about two DELICIOUS different dinners for the week. One of the biggest stressors and cause of "failure" for not adhering to a healthy lifestyle? The mental, strain of not knowing WHAT to eat combined with not being prepared. You can't wing this.
