Another can't breathe when I'm done eating it meal, for under 350 calories. And THAT'S the key to easy, yes I said EASY weight loss and maintenance. The need to nosh just isn't there. The need to muster up strength and will power when faced with so called temptation isn't there. There is no waiting on bated breath for your next scrap of food. Food isn't even on your scope, your STOMACH is just that full. And with all these complex carbs? You are actually FULLER an hour later as the veggies expand in your stomach. Just the OPPOSITE of the simple carbs. And oh that energy!! When you are eating THREE meals like this a day? There will be no searching the cabinets and fridge at night. Emotional eating will become a thing of the past. It will feel nothing short of miraculous and something you must experience in order to believe.
I crumbled the tofu, was "lazy" to cube it. I won't be again, I prefer the look of it better. The tofu was tasty beyond belief because I heated it up with all the tasty tasty food, however next time I will sprinkle it with paprika first - again, looking for that "look". Visual is important to me.
Israeli salad made with my chopper! It's so quick and again, I love the look of it. Kirbys, plum tomatoes, onions, parsley, salt, pepper, bottled lemon juice. No, it doesn't need oil, not even a drop of it. I'll get my healthy fats elsewhere thank you very much
Two cups of water with fresh ginger! Not a fan of lemon water, but ginger? Oh yeah!
