Take the guess work out of, "what's for dinner?" KNOW what you'll be making. I usually make about two DELICIOUS different dinners for the week. One of the biggest stressors and cause of "failure" for not adhering to a healthy lifestyle? The mental, strain of not knowing WHAT to eat combined with not being prepared. You can't wing this. Winging this is what brings about sooo much discomfort, stress and yes - failure. Empower yourself; additionally form a pattern.. then this runs itself. And becomes ez shmeaazy. That's right - easy. Plan, prepare, proceed, SUCCEED!
