Big Beautiful Breakfast for a Big Beautiful Life!



This is a full sized dinner plate. Yet it's today's BREAKFAST! And no, I didn't eat it soon after waking up, but hours later; meaning ignore that nonsense of you must eat right away, though you really must drink,H2O.

If your breakfast isn't taking up an entire dinner plate, if it's something you wouldn't dream of serving to your loved ones and guests- sorry, it's falling short of its REQUIREMENTS and your NEEDS. There is no way around this.

This frittata is LOADED with protein, fiber, taste, COMPLEX carbs, healthy fat, nutrients AND weighs just under 1 and a half POUNDS. Pounds. Not under two ounces. Two measly ounces like those protein bars. Or maybe worse those concoctions that you drink that go right through you and requires no chewing or digestion (what we need). All for the same or LESS CALORIES. Drink WATER in the morning to hydrate properly. CHEW your nutrition and lots of it to energize properly.

What my breakfast doesn't have? Processed potions and unpronounceable products in it. Give your body the foods it was DESIGNED to eat, and live the life you were born to live. Eating well is no hardship! Just the opposite! It's delicious and satisfying and is a  pre-requisite to ALL things wonderful in your life.

Stop settling for second best when first best is well within your reach and your absolute birthright.
