Garlic Lemon Dill Halibut
I love Halibut! Half the calories of salmon. Flaky, fresh and fabulous.
And dill. I love dill. It's not just for chicken soup! Please use fresh if possible. Or those frozen cubes! I'm not even sure I'd use the parsley that the recipe (link at the bottom) calls for.
More tweaks:
I'd reduce the oil to - none, zero, zippo. Not needed.
Another thing I might play around with? I'd halve grape tomatoes ,lots of em throw them on a parchment paper lined tray. Roast at 400 degrees till they start to wrinkle. After the fish is cooked, I'd smother it with the tomatoes Yumm.
Serve that yummy fish with a hearty vegetable soup. And zucchini ratatouille? Or piles of cauliflower crumbles. Zucchini carrot "linguini" or "ribbons"? Sugar snap peas, broccoli and carrot sauté? You decide.
Eat real foods. Make them taste better with more real foods. Watch yourself feel and be - better, better-er, BEST!
