Healthy eating means abundant amounts of delicious high nutrient foods. There is no deprivation. They satisfy ALL of your needs. Watch your cravings fall to the wayside, your need to muster up strength and willpower vanish. Going on and off your "diet" becomes a thing of the past.
Oh and watch the excess pounds melt away and STAY away. Stay away. As in it's not coming back. It's gone for good. Not for two days or two weeks or two months. But for - good.
Deprivation stems from eating those quick mediocre replacement bars, shakes, and "quick" go and grab foods. They are meagerly portioned and look to satisfy the wrong thing. Deprivation comes from eating high calorie low nutrient foods.
