Rothschild/Weight Management ~A Plan
for LIFE~
“Life Should Be Delicious!!”
Yesterday's lunch! Yes, they are 2 identical pictures because I ate TWO full entire bowls. I didn't take a picture of the SECOND, which really wasn't identical to the first. Why? It was way more veggie-filled!! I like leaving more for my seconds!! Moderation Shmoderation!! Abundance baby!! It's our birthright!
Two ginormous bowls of - food. Soup doesn't at all get across how vast huge filling delicious and satisfying it was! Turnips, carrots, celery, onions, zucchini halves and zucchini zoodles. And chicken. And flavor. And not being able to breathe when I was done. It WAS difficult getting the last bites down.
How about your lunch?
Is it so vast with such nutrient-rich FILLING foods that you have trouble eating it all? How about your breakfast? Is it that way as well? Nutrient-rich? MASSIVE in size? Delicious!!?? Mine is. Or is your breakfast more like, "It'll hold me till lunch" or perhaps, "it's quick, it's easy, it'll do"
Are you eating 3 mega meals each day?
OR- are you looking for the quickest, most easy, convenient and tastiest foods when you eat?
